A human voice at the end of the phone

Charlie, trainee internal sales engineer at Westin Pumps

'Please hold, your call is important to us,' says a recorded voice – when it's clear it is anything but.

At Westin Pumps, customers are important to us, which is why they don't find themselves trapped in an automated, button-pressing phone system. Call us and you'll speak to a real person.

It might be Charlie, who has been with us for two years. He'd worked in hospitality before joining us as a trainee internal sales engineer. And when he's not directing customers to the appropriate pumps specialist, he's involved with invoicing, packing and dispatching.

"I think people like to find a human being on the end of the phone," he says.
