A longstanding customer asked if our engineers could rapidly inspect and service two Sulzer pumps.
They had been in their stores for a long time but were urgently required due to a breakdown. The pumps were collected, stripped down, thoroughly cleaned and serviced with new bearings, seals and gland packing.
They were then reassembled, tested and sent back to the customer all on the same day. Needless to say, the customer was delighted with the service provided by the Westin Pumps team.
We take pride that our engineers are fully trained in pump supply and repair/protective coatings and all aspects of testing.
