The Westin Group has a strong belief in developing young engineers through apprenticeship schemes, in-house and external training. We regularly have apprentices going through training and we shall be looking to recruit more in the coming years.

Westin Engineering specialises in sub-contract CNC turning and milling, gear cutting and grinding, one off and batch work.

The applicant will be looking to establish a long-term career with an expanding business, in excellent working conditions and as part of a growing team.

Primary responsibilities are to program and set our XYZ SIEMENS CNC millers and live-tooling lathes.

The successful applicant will report to the Workshop Manager.

​Due to the varied nature of the work, this will suit an individual with a flexible approach.
Minimum Experience required
SIEMENS Shop-mill & turn
23 days plus statutory holidays
