Refurbishment of Teikoku pump impeller

Here's an impeller from a Teikoku 550VCD-A2M pump which we our engineers are refurbishing. We have manufactured and fitted new wear rings on the impeller and machined back to the correct tolerance.

The impeller was balanced before we applied a protective coating to minimise wear and extend its service life. However, it will also be check balanced before the pump rebuild begins.
