Corrosion challenge from recycling pump

A lead acid battery recycling company in Wales asked us to repair and overhaul a Garbarino pump which is used to move lead paste.

It had suffered serious joint corrosion from the nature of its function.

But, after a full inspection and repair in our workshop, a protective coating was applied, it was jet-washed, fully tested and prepared for dispatch to the customer in excellent condition.
