Epoxy coating for pump volute casing

Our engineers are working on a pump volute casing from one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers, a long standing customer of Westin Pumps.

The volute, as received above, will be shot blasted and then given an undercoat followed by two layers of a specialist epoxy coating to extend the working life of the pump. We are also manufacturing a new wear plate for the casing.
